President Hile Rutledge

OKA (Otto Kroeger Associates) is a consulting and training firm specializing in leadership and team development training and coaching. With a special expertise in the use of self-assessment tools like the MBTI, EQ-i, and the Team Performance Inventory (TPI), OKA has been an industry leading training firm since its founding in 1977.

After joining OKA’s ranks in 1995, President Hile Rutledge acquired the consultancy in 2007. A thought-leader in both psychological type and emotional intelligence with multiple books and trainer support tools to his credit, Hile lives in Falls Church with his wife and two sons. While Hile and OKA’s client work is vast, the work Hile is most proud to do is with the staff and stakeholders of the Culmore Clinic.

Hile first heard about The Clinic through fellow Mason District Little League parent and now family friend, Co-Founder Terry Lavoie. He decided to support The Clinic because he believes in its mission and wanted so much to help the community in need.

He has donated his organizational development services to the Culmore Clinic and has worked closely with The Clinic’s Board of Directors. His wife Jessie Whitten also donates her time to the Clinic through her service on the Events Subcommittee and her leadership of the design team for our new space at First Christian Church of Falls Church.

The Clinic is so grateful for Hile and OKA’s donations, which have strengthened the skills of our staff and enabled us to better and more effectively serve the Bailey’s Crossroads community. The Clinic also isn’t the only happy customer of OKA--one customer writes, “My OKA training was active, interesting and fun. [My trainer] created such a safe and engaging place to learn, I look forward to the next chance I have to learn and grow with OKA” (D. Ives).
