Volunteer Spotlight: Carmen Guayao, Registered Nurse Volunteer & Interpreter
Meet Carmen Guayao, a dedicated Registered Nurse at INOVA and our spotlighted volunteer this month! Carmen joined our volunteer team just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, stepping in as an interpreter. Her passion for helping others didn’t stop there; after graduating from nursing school, she added “Registered Nurse Volunteer” to her impressive resume at Culmore Clinic.
This month, we caught up with Carmen to learn more about her journey and what inspires her to give back to the community.
