Dear Culmore Clinic Friend,

We’re excited to announce that Culmore Clinic was recently awarded a $5000 grant from the MAXIMUS Foundation for our innovative work to support local citizens, growth and development within our community. The MAXIMUS Foundation is the charitable arm of MAXIMUS, a leading operator of government health and human services programs throughout the nation and around the globe. The grant recognizes our commitment to serving disadvantaged populations by helping them move towards self-sufficiency through our unique programs. We are able to deliver the highest-quality care to our constituents with our creative, effective solutions. 

With this grant from the MAXIMUS Foundation we plan to purchase a GynoCart which will allow us to retro fro exam tables to do exams and PAPs in house! We’ve had to refer out for these in the past and it is care that is difficult to access on a charitable level. This grant will help us make direct changes in our patients’ lives.

The MAXIMUS Foundation’s biannual grant making program is an extremely competitive process. Therefore, this grant signifies how particularly impressed their Board of Directors was with our organization and the work we are doing. When we are eligible to apply in one year, we will certainly and enthusiastically pursue reapplication. As always, we thank you for your support for Culmore Clinic.
